Bulgogi (Korean BBQ Beef)

Ingredients
*Soy Sauce, 1/3 cupCoke, 1/3 cup Sesame Oil, 1/3 cup*London Broil, 32 oz Scallions, raw, 3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Garlic, 3 cloves *Sesame Seeds, 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp
Directions
prepare the marinade first, adding all ingredients except meat.

Cut the meat into thin slices, one to two inches in length, and no more than a quarter inch in thickness.

Marinade the meat for 2-20 hours.

Get hot skillet, spray with pam, and cook on med-high until all meat is cooked through, and the marinade juices have reduced.

Best served with rice and kimchi or wrapped in leaves of lettuce.
