Ingredients
2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning 5 serving Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (RoTel) (by LLB4SMITH) .25 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO) 2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 8 tbsp Salsa Verde- green - canned (by GRANDMACLOWN) 8 oz Cream Cheese 2 tbsp Avacado - 1 tbs
Directions
Add chicken, taco seasoning, salt, chicken broth, rotel (with juice), and green verde to instant pot. Cook 15 min high.
add cream cheese - stir until melted
top with avacado (and monterrey jack cheese - not in macros)
