Ingredients
12 serving Pork Sausage, Maijer, 1 pound browned = 6 servings (by BRIDEOFMOOKIE) 8 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 8 serving Bird's Eye Frozen Chopped Spinach 6 cup Salsa 8 serving Beans, Green Cut Frozen (Great Value) 2/3 cup 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 clove Garlic
Directions
Brown and crumble 2 lbs of breakfast sausage. Add it to 2 qts of chicken broth. Add a large bag of frozen, chopped spinach and a large bag of frozen green beans. Chop 1 large onion and add to soup. I used 2 pints of home made mild salsa that had tomatoes, peppers, onion, herbs, vinegar, lime juice, but no sugar. Allow to simmer for 1-2 hours and then dish it up into 1/2 pint jars
