Ingredients
1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 2 serving Splenda Packet (1 serving = 1 packet) 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 tsp Kosher Salt (by HEAVENLIE) 4 serving Land O Lakes, Salted Whipped Light Butter, 1 Tbsp 1 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 serving Egg white, large .75 serving pancake syrup sugar free log cabin (by NIFTYFIFTY5)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray mini loaf pan with Pam (butter). Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Melt butter and add all wet ingredients including egg whites in medium bowl. Combine both wet and dry ingredients and mix only until blended. Spoon batter evenly into 8-mini-loaf pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until brown and baked through.
