1 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 1.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .5 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO) .5 serving Kretschmer Wheat Germ (2 Tbsp) 1 tbsp Flax Seed - Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed .75 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tbsp Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup 2.5 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 1.5 cup Mixed Berries, frozen,unsweetened (straw,black,blue, red rasp) (by POSIE70) .5 tsp Baking Powder 2 date Dates
preheat oven 350
combine oatmeal and water, cook on stove per directions. stop at 4 minutes.
Combine rest of ingredients into saucepan, minus frozen fruit.
pour into greased (pam) 9 x 9 inch pan
bake 20 minutes
let cool 5 min, cut with plastic serrated knife into quadrants.
