Potatoes and celery

Ingredients
260 grams Onions, raw 600 grams Potato, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 250 grams Celery, raw 1 cup Beef stock, home-prepared 0.3 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Fry onions in olive oil.
Chop celery, including leaves. Add to onions. When soft, add potatoes. When slightly coloured, add pepper and stock.
Simmer down until the potatoes are done and the stock has evaporated.
