Antioxidant-Rich Breakfast Bars

1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) 5 date Dates 1 oz Just Black Cherry Juice 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 0.25 cup Craisons 1 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats .5 oz Berries - Goji berries 0.5 oz Walnuts 0.5 oz Sunflower Seeds, without salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mash banana in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Lightly wipe an eight inch square baking pan with a small amount of olive oil. Spread mixture into pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack and cut into bars.
Refrigerate any leftover bars.
Serving Size: Makes 8
