Crustless Low Carb Pumpkin Pie

425.2 grams Pumpkin, cooked 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted .66 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream .035 grams Butter, salted .25 tsp Salt 2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Baking powder 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Melt 2 tbsp butter in shallow pie pan. In separate mixing bowl combine all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into buttered pie dish and bake about 20 minutes in a 400 degree oven until set in the middle. Cool and serve with a dollop of whipping cream
