Cranberry Relish Homemade

Ingredients
4 cup, chopped Cranberries 1.5 cup Granulated Sugar .5 cup, chopped Walnuts 1 serving Apple, Gala (medium) 1 fruit (2-7/8" dia) Oranges, fresh, navels
Directions
Put enough water in pot just to cover bottom, add cranberries and cook until berries start to pop. Meanwhile grind orange, peel and all in a food grinder or food processor. Dice the apple. Add remaining ingredients to cranberries and cook to desired thickness.
