Low-carb Biscuits

Ingredients
2 tbsp Butter, salted 4 tbsp Let's Do Organic Coconut Flour .5 tsp Baking Powder .25 tsp Garlic powder .25 tsp Onion powder .25 tbsp Parsley, dried .25 tsp Pepper, black .25 dash Salt 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Half and Half Cream .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
1) Melt butter in a mixing bowl.

2) Add all dry ingredients to mixing bowl with butter and combine.

3) Beat in eggs, half & half cream and water, continue to mix for approx 1 minute to allow to thicken.

4) Pour/spoon batter into 4 small ramekins then microwave for 3.5 min. Check middle to ensure set - if still wet, microwave for another 30 seconds (repeat as needed) until middle is set.

5) Immediately remove from ramekins and allow to sit for 5 min before slicing/serving.
