3.0 cup, mashed Zucchini2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.5 tsp salt0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated2.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk0.5 cup Sauce, Bertolli Tomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce or pizza sauce0.5 cup Mushrooms, canned4.0 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled2.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk0.25 cup Aldi's Happy Farms Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (1/4 C)0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Mix well drained zucchini, eggs, salt and flour. Then add parmesan cheese and 1st mozzarella batch. Mix - spread on cookie sheet or pizza pan, about 1/4" thick. Bake at 450 for about 15 min. Remove from oven, add toppings, lower oven temp. to 400 and cook for another 15 minutes. I add pizza seasoning to pizza before baking.
