Spicy Bean and Rice Chicken Bake

Ingredients
5 - 4oz chicken breasts, skin removed1.5 Cup Brown, long grain rice, uncooked1 Cup Frozen corn1 Can diced tomatoes, undrained1 Can black beans, drained and rinsed1 Cup onion, chopped1 Cup green pepper, chopped1 tbsp red or cayene pepper1 tbsp paprika1/2 Cup Tomato Juice (optional)
Directions
Heat oil in large saucepan. Cook onion and green pepper until vegetables are soft. Add tomatoes, rice, beans, corn, pepper and the tomatoe juice, if needed. Bring to boil. Move to oven safe dish, and place chicken breast on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper. Cook at 350 for about 45-55 mins.
