Ingredients
16 oz Walmart Ground Beef 85/15 Roll-1lb 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 2 clove Garlic 1 large Onions, raw 2 tsp Chili powder 0.5 tsp Cumin seed 0.25 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Morton's Lite Salt 0.1 cup (1Tbsp) Swerve Erythritol Granular low carb sweetener 0.05 cup Tomato Paste (1Tbsp)1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 sausage Evergood Hot Link Sausage-1/2 sausage or 8 hot dogs 1 cup water1 cup- (can of 8oz is 0.9 cup) Sunny select tomato sauce1.95 oz Cheese, hot pepper jack - Sprout's
Directions
1. Combine ground beef, onions, bell pepper, and garlic. SautÃÆ'Æ'© until browned. Drain fat. 2. Add spices, Worcestershire sauce, sugar sub, tomato sauce,tomato paste and water. 3. Stir to combine and simmer 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 4. Lay sausage/hotdogs flat on the bottom of an 8ÃÆ'¢â‚¬Â x 8ÃÆ'¢â‚¬Â baking dish. 5. Cover with chili and top with cheese. Bake at 400ÃÆ'‚° for 15 to 20 minutes. Serving Size: Makes 1 pot
