1.8 lb Flank Steak 3 clove Garlic 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Fajita Spice Mix (by OUSKABOO) .5 tsp Onion powder 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 1 fl. oz Tequila 1 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
Marinade steak in all spices and garlic for 2 hours. Then saute onions and bell peppers till tender, set aside. Then saute steak, add back onions and bell peppers back in. Serve by itself or over rice.
