Keto Roasted Radishes

Ingredients
16 oz Radish, Fresh .5 cup Coconut Oil 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Put one pound radishes through salad shooter

Put in large food storage bag and mix with 1/2 cup coconut oil and salt and pepper

Put in 13x9" baking pan.

Cook at 350 for 20 minutes, mix up radishes and cook for 15 minutes more.

Top with 1 cup shredded cheese from the salad shooter.

Serving Size: 1/6 of roasting pan
