Spinach Mushroom Scramble

4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 0.5 cup Spinach, frozen 3 tsp Garlic .25 cup MIlk, Prairie Farms 2% Milk 0.25 cup Cheese - Kraft Mozzerella Shredded SaltPepper
Saute mushrooms and minced garlic in a pan with a little cooking spray. Add defrosted spinach and cook out as much of the moisture as possible.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper and add to veggies. Cook until eggs are preferred firmness.
Top with mozzella and serve.
