Crab Quiche

Ingredients
1 6oz can Bumblebee fancy white crab meat2 Pillsbury pet-ritz pie crust, regular 9"5.0 oz Fontina Cheese, grated3.0 oz Gruyere Cheese, grated6 large eggs1 cup Duke''s light mayonnaise with olive oil1.0 tsp Dill weed, dried1.0 tsp Lemon Peel2.0 tsp Salt2.0 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Pierce pie crusts and bake at 400° for 5 minutes. Beat eggs and mayonnaise together. Mix in crab meat and cheese. Add spices. Pour mixture evenly into both pie shells. Bake 15 minutes or until set and begining to brown in spots.
