Ingredients
3 serving Birds Eye Cauliflower Rice (3/4 C / 82g) 2 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh 16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 serving bacon, hormel black label bacon lower sodium 2 pcs 3 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 jumbo Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp dry mustard powder (by ANDY99) 1 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Steam the cauliflower and broccoli until cooked through and tender. Fry the bacon until crisp and crumble it into small pieces. Add the steamed cauliflower rice and broccoli to a large bowl with the chicken (shredded), bacon, eggs, 2-1/2 cups cheddar cheese and spices. Stir well to combine. Spread mixture into 9" X 13" baking dish and sprinkle the top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
