16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 2 clove Garlic 1.5 cup Canned Tomatoes 4 fl oz White Wine 2 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 1 cup Brown Rice, medium grain 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 4 cup Pacific Natural Foods Organic Beef Broth, 1 cup 1 tbsp Basil 1 tsp Fennel seed
saute turkey, onion, garlic, fennel seed and peppers til turkey is slightly browned. add wine, reduce for 5 min. add tomatoes and broth. simmer 10 min. add cabbage and dried basil. simmer til cabbage is al dente. add rce and serve
