Ingredients
2 cup slices Carrots, cooked 2 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 1 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 0.5 cup slices Okra 16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3 tbsp Chili powder 2 tbsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Add your favorite veggies (broccoli, etc.)
Cook 4-5 hours. Eat
