6 serving Red Potato 4.5 tbsp Hampton Creek - Just Mayo 5 tsp Guldens Spicy Brown Mustard 3 slice Dill Pickles 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar (by PINCHYGUY) .33 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple Onion powder, garlic salt, dried dill, basil, salt, and any spices you like to taste.
Boil potatoes and let them cool.
Coat in olive oil, vinegar, and salt. Let sit while you dice up pickles and apple.
Mix everything and enjoy!
