Quick Tasty Jambalaya

Ingredients
1 lb Smoked Turkey Sausage1 Can ( 28 oz) Crushed tomatoes1 Can 14 oz Low Sodium Chicken Broth1 Cup Uncooked Long Grain Rice2 Bell Peppers Chopped1 Large Onion, chopped4 tsp Creole Seasoning1 tsp Garlic Powder
Directions
Makes 6-8 Servings 1 Cup Servings

Combine all ingreidients in a soup pot over medium heat, mix well. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30-35 minutes, or until the rice is cooked.

Try using different colored bell peppers, and adding shrimp!
