2.5 lb Country style boneless pork ribs0.25 cup Water1 Tbsp packed Brown Sugar 1 tsp Celery Salt 1 tsp Granulated Onion0.5 tsp ground Nutmeg0.5 tsp Dry Mustard0.5 tsp black Pepper4 tbsp Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce
Combine all ingredients except barbecue sauce in Ziploc bag or marinating container. Poke holes in meat with fork. Allow to marinate in refrigerator 8 hr or overnight. Place meat and marinade in 2-1/2 qt baking dish or cast iron skillet. Cover and bake ~1-1/2 hr at 325°F. Remove juices, skim fat, and return juices to pan. Top with barbecue sauce and bake, uncovered, ~10 min or until fork tender.
