Low carb tuna casserole

Ingredients
3.0 cup, diced Celery, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh1.0 tbsp Coconut Oil1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed)1.0 can (12.5 oz), Tuna, Canned in Water3.0 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Directions
Saute celery, onion and mushroom in heated coconut oil. Add cream of mushroom soup and tuna, add a small amount of water if wanted to your desires consistantsy. Stir and heat. If using cast iron pan add cheese on top place in oven and broil on low until cheese melts (just a couple of minutes).

Serving Size: Divide into 4 servings
