KETO Mexican Melty Chicken Queso Casserole

Ingredients
6 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 100 gram Dip, Salsa Con Queso, TOSTITOS (2tbs/34g) 2.5 serving Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (canned) 2.5 srv - Rotel (by FLEABAG11) 2 cup Colby & Monterey Jack Finely Shredded Cheese (Happy Farms - Aldi) 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 serving Onions, yellow sauteed 1 cup 2 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 1 tbsp Cilantro, dried
Directions
Grill chicken, pull apart into shredded pieces

Preheat to 400 degrees.

Layer the pan with shredded grilled chicken, sauteed onions and peppers, 1 cup of shredded cheese, another layer of chicken, three spoonfuls of Tostito's queso, one can of diced tomatoes, and another cup of shredded cheese.

Bake covered for 20 mins.

Take out, stir completely to mix all ingredients. Sprinkle another thin layer of Colby Jack and chopped fresh cilantro on the top. Bake uncovered for another 5-10 minutes to melt the top.
