Donna's Breakfast Hash With Gravy

Ingredients
336 grams Potato Hashbrowns, frozen, diced (about 2.5 cups)9 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white) 4 large Eggs, fresh, whole, raw 10 oz Turkey Sausage 93% lean (cooked) 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese 3 serving Onions, yellow, frozen, diced 1 oz. 6 serving Gravy, Pioneer Brand Country Gravy Mix, 1/4 cup 2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil Salt & Pepper to tasteMrs. Dash Table Blend Seasoning (or seasonings of choice)
Directions
Brown diced potatoes/hashbrowns in a large skillet in oil. (cook gravy according to package in the meantime) Add cooked ground sausage, onion, salt & pepper and table blend Mrs. Dash seasoning to skillet and cook another 5 minutes . Move mixture to one side. Add and scramble eggs and eggwhites and cook until done. Fold into sausage/potato mix. Fold in cheddar cheese. pour gravy over mixture and blend in well. Cook until bubbly. Enjoy!!!
