Mushroom and bean chili

Ingredients
200 grams Onions, raw 4 clove Garlic 5 tsp Paprika 0.5 tbsp Chili powder 2 tsp Cumin seed 0.3 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1.5 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Coriander seed 500 grams Mushrooms, fresh 500 grams Beans, red kidney 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500 grams Tomato Sauce 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
Directions
Chop and fry the onions in the olive oil.
Add the spices, then the tomato sauce (or tomato puree and water).
Add the beans and simmer until they are cooked. Or if they're already cooked, simmer the sauce until the flavours blend together, then add the beans.
Chop the mushrooms, then add to the sauce. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
