Butternut Squash and Onion galette

Ingredients
1 tbsp Rosemary, dried 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 170 gram(s) Arctic Gardens Frozen Diced Butternut Squash 1 oz Parmesan Cheese, hard 0.80 serving Pillsbury Pie Crust (1 whole crust)
Directions
sauté onions until soft and brown, add squash and cook another 4-5 minutes. Roll out pastry, trim away 15% and use elsewhere. Spread on remaining pastry leaving a 3" wide edge. Sprinkle rosemary and grated parmesan over veggies. Fold pastry over to partially cover vegetables. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until brown
