Italian turkey sausage pasta

Ingredients
*Barilla Plus Penne, 4.5 oz Jennie-O Hot Turkey Italian Sausage, 3 serving ( 3 sausages)Fat Free Feta cheese, 0.13 oz Feta Cheese, 0.13 cup, crumbled Spinach, fresh, 2 cup Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, sliced Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 5 medium Garlic, 2 cloves *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp
Directions
Cook pasta 11 minutes in boiling water and set aside. In medium heat large skillet, add olive oil and heat , add chopped garlic and sausages. When garlic starts to brown a little add sliced onions and peppers. Continue to cook sausage and garlic, onion and peppers till sausage starts to brown. Take out sausage and slice. Place back into pan and continue to cook. When sausage is cooked and onions are translucant, add mushrooms. Cook about 5 minutes and add spinach , 1 cup at a time and stir in. Add feta and stir in. It's ready!! Top with italian blend cheese. Makes 3 servings. Yummy.
