Spinach, mushrooms and mozzarella

Ingredients
8 oz mushrooms, sliced1 package fresh spinach4 oz mozzarella, part skim
Directions
Spritz some Pam in the bottom of a large skillet. Sautee mushrooms on medium high. Rinse spinach while mushrooms are browning. Add spinach to pan, cover, turn down heat to medium-low. About 6 minutes later, take off lid, turn up heat to remove any excess liquid. Sprinkle mozzarella over top. Cover and turn heat off. Two minutes later, ready to serve.
