Chicken Stew

16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 8 cup Boiled Potato (1/2 cup) No Skin no salt 1 large Onions, raw 12 tsp Texas Pete's Hot Sauce 2 tsp Salt
Cover chicken with water and bring to a boil.
Once chicken is done, remove chicken and let cool.
Add cubed potatoes, onions, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
When chicken has cooled, pull the meat and add back to the pot.
When potatoes and onions are tender, add about a quarter cup of
Texas Pete and let simmer.
Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
