Ingredients
.75 cup Kroger - Lentils (dry) 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 5 tbsp chopped Shallots3 cups waterrosemary sprigsea salt to taste
Directions
Chop carrots and shallots roughly
Throw all ingredients into Instant Pot
Set to soup function and low pressure
Soup will cook for 30 minutes
Let steam release
Serve with squeezes of lemon
