Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad

Ingredients
.33 cup Olive Oil 3 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic 1 tbsp Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup 2 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value) 1 clove Garlic 453 grams Brussels sprouts, fresh 1 serving Honey Crisp Apple, Medium 2 serving Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/4 cup 0.5 cup Pepitas (Pumkin Seed Kernals)
Directions
Mix all ingredients before Brusssels Sprouts together in a bowl. Blend well. Add remainig ingredients and toss. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.

Original recipe includes parmesan cheese (1/3 cup)
