Chicken Salad Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients
0.25 tsp Pepper, black 0.50 tsp Salt 24 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 4 leaf, large Bib Lettuce 0.50 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 0.30 cup Diamond Sliced Almond 1 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
Directions
Cook chicken breast (oven, instant pot) and let cool completely. Chop or shred the chicken and place in a bowl. Mix with remaining ingredients. Serve as a sandwich, in a tortilla/wrap, or in a lettuce wrap.
