Easy Chicken Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
6 chicken breasts from a bag of pre-frozen boneless skinless breasts1 Cup raisins2/3 Cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing½ Cup walnut pieces2 medium apples
Directions
1. Boil chicken breasts and shred immediately after cooking. Allow shredded chicken to cool covered in refrigerator.

2. Core and cut apples and then chop them in to dice size chunks or a tad smaller.

3. Mix raisins, apple chunks, and walnut pieces with the miracle whip salad dressing.

4. Fold in the chilled chicken to the above mixture until it is evenly distributed.

Yields: 8 servings (½ Cup each).
