Healthy No Bake Apple Pie Protein Bars

Ingredients
2 cup Bob's Red Mill- Gluten Free Whole Grain Oat Flour (22oz/1lb 6oz/623g/21 Servings)(cup) (by ADGLATT) 1 serving Arbonne Figure 8 Vanilla Protein Shake 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 4 tbsp JIF creamy peanut butter 1 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup) 170 grams Mott's Organic Applesauce, Unsweetened 1 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
Directions
-Line a large baking dish with greased paper and set aside
-In large mixing bowl, combine the flour, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and mix well.
-In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the nut butter and maple syrup and heat until melted. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix well. Add the unsweetened applesauce and mix until combined. The batter should be crumbly.
-Using a spoon, add the dairy free milk of choice one spoonful at a time until a thick, firm batter is formed.
-Transfer to lined baking dish and press firmly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
