Tuna Salad with Avocado

Ingredients
4 oz Tuna, Canned in Water, drained 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, finely chopped 2 Tbsp Purple Onion, finely chopped1 tbsp Parsley 8 Tbsp Costco Guacamole
Directions
it's vary simple
chop everything up, throw it all together and mix thoroughly. divide into 4 and enjoy.

if you're meal prepping and/or saving it for later, wait to add the Guacamole until time of consumption. (2 Tbsp per serving)
