1 cup baby greens1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms1/2 cup blueberries1/4 cup fat-free shredded mozzarella10 cherry tomatoes3 tbsp Bacos (bacon bits)4 tbsp Salad Toppins from McCormick6 tbsp fisher sunflower kernelsWishbone bountifuls berry delight 6 Tbsp4 Tbsp Poppyseed fat free dressing1 Chicken breast4 Tbsp CroutonsSeason to taste
Directions
Bake or Grill 1 chicken Breast. Season it to Taste.
While Chicken is cooking Mix other ingredients in a bowl. Let chicken cool add chicken and mix well. Serves 2
