Keto Buffalo Chicken Cheese Dip

Ingredients
8 chicken thighs1 small yellow onion1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper, black 2 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Garlic powder 2 tbsp cream cheese 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar 3/4 Kroger Hot Pepper Blend Shredded Cheese
Directions
Put onion, buffalo sauce, and seasonings into instant pot and stir together. Add chicken thighs and toss in sauce. Set instant pot for 25 minutes (I used the meat setting). Let instant pot sit 10-15 minutes after timer goes off and then release. Add cream cheese and shredded cheeses and stir. Enjoy!
