Kat's Lemon Basil Pesto

Ingredients
1 cup Basil Leaves (more or less)2 T pine nuts2 T walnut oil1/3 cup grated ParmesanJuice of 1 lemon2 cloves garlic
Directions
Put all ingredients into a small food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Makes 8 portions.
Very Flavorful. A little goes a long way.
Good on Pasta, Barley, brown rice, grilled or steamed veggies or as a spread on toasted French or Italian bread.
Optional - substitute walnuts for pine nuts; olive oil for walnut oil.
