Lynn's Sauerkraut Soup

Ingredients
1 14oz. pkg. Turkey Smoked Sausage2 10 oz. pkg frozen mixed vegetables3 cups sauerkraut ( well rinsed)2 cups diced tomatoes3 cups V-8 low sodium vegetable juice2 cups water
Directions
Cut sausage into pennies, combine all ingredients in stock pot. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer. Approx, 11/2-2 hours.
Can also put in slowcooker, overnight on low.

Yields about 12 servings, 1 cup ea.
Can be frozen up tp 3 months
