Zesty Chicken Oregano

1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Salt 0.50 cup Canola Oil 1 cup Lemon Juice 2 clove Garlic 2268 Potato, raw 4 tsp Dried Oregano 10 bone-in skinless chicken thighs
Place potatoes in large pan. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Combine oil, lemon juice, and garlic; pour over potatoes. Cover and bake at 375F for 30 min. Top with chicken thighs; baste with marinade from pan. Cover and continue to bake 1 hr or until chicken juices run clear.
