0.20 tsp Pepper, black 0.25 tsp Salt 1. tbsp Olive Oil 0.75 cup Cooked Kale .75 clove Garlic
Directions
Massage Kale using 1/2 amount of oil prior to cooking and add in seasoning to blend well. Cook until just wilted for best taste.
