4 cups whole grain oats1 cup raw coconut1 cup sliced almonds1/2 cup sunflower seeds1/4 cup canola oil1/4 cup honey1/4 cup creamy peanut butterOptional: 1 cup raisins or other dried fruit
Mix oats, coconuts, almonds, and sunflower seeds in baking pan.
Whisk together canola oil, honey and peanut butter in separate bowl.
Pour over oat mixture - stir to combine.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring frequently.
Optional: add raisings or other dried fruit.
Serving size: 1/2 cup
