Ingredients
12 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Lettuce Wrap Sauce 2 cup Tempeh 1 cup slices Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts) 1 serving carrot shreds 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 cup Spinach, fresh 4 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 2 clove Garlic 14 serving Lettuce (romaine - 1 leaf) 1 cup, chopped Peanuts, oil-roasted (with salt) 1 cup Alfalfa sprouts
Directions
sautee veggies, mix in tempeh and Lettuce Wrap sauce. Garnish with crushed peanuts, sprouts, dipping sauce
