2 cup Brown Rice, long grain 1.5 cup Beans, black 1 cup Green Giant White Shoepeg Corn 1 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies 1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 tbsp Ortega taco seasoning mix 32 fl oz Chicken Broth
Add rice, chicken broth, corn, tomatoes, and taco seasoning to rice cooker. Rinse and drain black beans and add to rice cooker. Add chicken. Close lid and cook until rice is fluffly. Stir and enjoy. This is also yummy without the chicken.
