Loaded Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients
4 oz Cheese, Kraft Colby Cheddar 3 tbsp Kerrygold Irish Butter, Salted2 tbsp Sour Cream .50 tsp Garlic powder4 tbsp real cumbled bacon bits413.9 grams Cauliflower, cooked
Directions
Chop cauliflower Microwave with 2 tablespoons of water for about 5 minutes. Drain excess water let stand for a couple minutes. Add to food processor, process until fluffy and there is no florets left. Add butter, garlic powder, and sour cream then process for another minute. Once well combined place in a microwave safe dish mix 1oz of cheese. Top with remaining cheese and bacon bits. Microwave for about 3 minutes to melt topping. Once melted its ready to serve. Serving Size: Makes about 4 1/2 cup servings
