Ingredients
3.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1/8 tsp Salt 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Add oil to water and add to dry ingredients a little at a time until dough forms. Knead for 10mins until smooth and elastic. Divide into 18 balls. Dust and roll til paper thin. Cook in a cast iron skillet on med-high, ungreased, til bubbles and browns, about 15-30 secs on each side.
