Any fruit "creme" pie

Ingredients
1 package sugar-free fuit flavored gelatin mix8 oz pkg Cool Whip Free Whiped Topping1 1/2 c. canned fruit (in juice), drained2 c. water1 ready-to-bake pie crust
Directions
Makes 16 servings (1/8 of pie)

Bake pie shells according to package directions. Cool completely.

Prepare gelatin using 1 cup boiling water. Stir gelatin until dissolved, about two minutes. Fill a one cup measure with ice, add water to fill. Pour into gelatin and stir until ice has melted. The mixture will thicken as it cools. After cooling, mix in fruit, fold in cool-whip.

Pour into cooled pie crusts. Refrigerate until firm.

Serve chilled.
