1.50 tbsp Lawry's Carribean Jerk marinade 10. oz Chicken Leg (Drumstick and Thigh) roasted, broiled, or baked with bone, but removed before weighing,
Remove any excess fat from boneless/skinless chicken thighs. Let thighs marinate for 6 hours or overnight. Remove chicken thighs from marinade (discard marinade) and bake chicken thighs to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
